Adrien Broner Demands Al Haymon Pay Him $10 Million To Fight Again
Former world champion Adrien Broner has boldly demanded boxing promoter/manager Al Haymon pay him $10 million for his next fight.
Broner hasn’t boxed since losing to Manny Pacquiao on a Showtime pay-per-view in January 2019. ‘AB’ put in a disappointing performance losing the fight clearly over 12 rounds. He continued to frustrate fans after the fight with claims he was robbed by the judges despite being clearly outclassed by Pacquiao.
Broner is currently on a three-fight winless streak. The 30-year-old has lost two and drawn one in his last three. He was last victorious in the ring when he beat Adrian Granados more in February 2017.
Despite his poor form Broner still thinks he should be earning the big money. Yesterday he took to Instagram to demand Al Haymon come up with $10 million for his next fight, he posted a picture which read.
“AL Haymon and Espinoza I need 10M to come back and fight man I den did everything for y’all and fought who ever without no complaining now send me a direct deposit or I’m going to Cali to see my peoples that got em for 1200”
Although the post makes it sound like Broner is having money troubles he was keen to express that isn’t the case adding a caption to his post. “I’m rich but I got to stay rich and my kids got to be rich too #StayDown #HitMyLine”
Broner (33-4-1, 24 KO) has won world titles at four different weight classes throughout his impressive career. He has held belts at 130, 135, 140, and 147. The American has also earned a boatload of cash over the years. Nonetheless, he has failed to live up to his potential. Broner was once touted as the successor to Floyd Mayweather but has now been outclassed on several occasions. He also has had issues with the law which have distracted from his clearly obvious talent.
Do you think anyone will pay Adrien Broner million to fight right now?
