Josh Taylor Climbs Above Errol Spence Jr. In Ring Magazine P4P Rankings
Josh Taylor made huge strides in the pound-for-pound rankings after this past weekend.
The Scotsman unified the super lightweight division after scoring two knockdowns en route to a unanimous decision victory over Jose Ramirez.
It’s not only led to new eyeballs and fame for Taylor, but also seen him enter Ring Magazine’s pound-for-pound rankings.
He even climbed as high as the No. 5 spot which notably sees him above the likes of IBF and WBC welterweight champion Errol Spence, current unified lightweight champion Teofimo Lopez and Vasyl Lomachenko to name a few.

Having called for a fight with former unified super lightweight champion Terence Crawford, Taylor has a chance to move up even further should that fight get made.
Spence, meanwhile, can climb up a few spots depending on how his upcoming title unification clash with boxing legend Manny Pacquiao goes.
