Chris Eubank’s Son, Sebastian, Died Due To ‘Massive Heart Attack’
Sebastian Eubank died due to a massive heart attack according to his wife Salma Abdelati.
It was recently revealed that the son of boxing legend Chris Eubank — and brother of Chris Eubank Jr — was found dead on a beach near his home in the United Arab Emirates on Friday.
After a post-mortem, it has now been revealed that it was due to a heart attack and that he wouldn’t have been saved due to a pre-existing heart condition that he and his family were unaware of.
“While still very painful, it is of some comfort that Sebastian died after having one of his favourite meals with one of his closest friends whilst doing his favorite thing at his favourite place in Dubai where he often went to swim,” Abdelati said (via The Mirror).
“He was standing in the water close to shore watching the sunset at Cove Beach in Dubai. I am grateful that he was able to spend a few short and happy weeks with his son before his death.”
Eubank Sr. said the following when he learned of his son’s passing:
“Never did I ever imagine I would write these words or experience the feeling I now have at the loss of my son.
“My family and I are devastated to hear of the death of Sebastian just days before what would have been his 30th birthday.”
