Adrien Broner Only Has $13 In the Bank, Wants To Fight Mayweather
Adrien Broner has taken to social media to claim he currently only has $13 in his bank account and request a mega-money exhibition bout with boxing legend Floyd Mayweather.
‘The Problem’ hasn’t fought since dropping to a decision defeat against Manny Pacquiao in January 2019. Broner is set to return to the ring against unbeaten Puerto Rican prospect Jovanie Santiago on February 20.
Ahead of that fight Broner is apparently struggling for cash, and took to Instagram to prove it.
“It’s really $13 in my account I’m on craps right now but I will be back rich again after February 20th ……. $AboutBillions89 my cashap hit me up,” Broner wrote.
Prior to that, Broner called on Floyd Mayweather to face in an exhibition bout, he wrote.
“That time Floyd promised me a sparring session shit we mightiest well put on an exhibition the world would pay to see that work big bro….. why not make 30-50 million for some good work? You call me yo Lil bro let’s make the money together and you can teach me at the same time. The least you can do is give me the opportunity of a lifetime @floydmayweather”
