Joe Joyce Stops Daniel Dubois – Highlights

Joe Joyce is the new Commonwealth, British and European champion after emerging victorious from his highly anticipated fight with the previously unbeaten Daniel Dubois.

Joyce had to withstand an early storm from Dubois who was able to land consistent power punches through the first few rounds. The Olympic silver medallist ate everything his opponent threw and was continuously able to land with his jab.

As the rounds progressed Dubois was having trouble seeing out of his left eye. By round ten it was almost entirely closed when Joyce landed what seemed to be an innocuous punch. Dubois dropped down to the mat and waited for the referee to finish the count before standing up.
