Oleksandr Usyk Shares Prediction For Terence Crawford vs. Errol Spence Jr.
Oleksandr Usyk has shared his prediction for Saturday’s Terence Crawford vs. Errol Spence Jr. boxing match.
Crawford and Spence Jr. are set to meet in a highly-anticipated matchup on Saturday in a fight that is years in the making. It will be the first time the welterweight division has a unified champion and the oddsmakers have it a close fight with Crawford as a small favorite.
Heading into the fight, Usyk believes Crawford does get the job done as he is just a better boxer than Spence Jr. is.
“It’s a great fight. I like Terence. He’s a great boxer. I think Terence wins. That’s my opinion,” Usyk told FightHype… “There are some similar things when Terence switches his stance, but it’s normal. All fighters from all over the world, watch each other’s fights and absorb some positive things. Then when you watch someone doing something extraordinary for you, you try it in training, and if you succeed, you feel like, Wow, that’s great. I can use it in my fights as well.”
Terence Crawford will face Errol Spence Jr. on Saturday, July 29 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. Although both Crawford and Spence Jr. are undefeated, Oleksandr Usyk thinks Crawford is just too good and too technical for Spence Jr. which will be the difference.
As for Usyk, he is 20-0 as a pro and set to face Daniel Dubois on August 26. Although it is not the unified heavyweight title fight against Tyson Fury that Usyk wanted, he still gets the chance to defend his belt and hopefully face Fury next.
Do you agree with Oleksandr Usyk that Terence Crawford will beat Errol Spence Jr. on Saturday?
