VIDEO: Lamar Odom Wins Second Celebrity Boxing Match
Former NBA star Lamar Odom emerged victorious in his second celebrity boxing match.
Odom was initially set to take on former boxing heavyweight champion Riddick Bowe. Following concerns over the 54-year-old Bowe competing in the ring, he was removed from the bout. Odom ended up taking on Ojani Noa.
Here’s what the promotion hosting Odom vs. Noa had to say about Bowe’s removal ahead of fight night.
“All the Best to former Heavyweight champ Riddick Bowe due to the backlash and being misled from Bowes Management team, about Bowe’s health, Celebrity Boxing is moving forward and having Bowe part of the event but not as a Celebrity Boxer, Lamar Odom will take on another Celeb Oct 2.”
Odom was coming off a second-round finish over pop star Aaron Carter. The former NBA player ultimately jabbed his way to victory against Noa.

Benzino, a rapper and TV personality, called out Lamar Odom after the fight. He said he wasn’t impressed by Odom’s performance and wants to share the ring with him down the road.
Odom has been following the path of many influencers and other personalities who have stepped inside the ring. We’ve seen the likes of the Paul brothers find their niche boxing against other influencers and MMA fighters. It’ll be interesting to see if Benzino will get his wish and go one-on-one with Odom. Benzino has yet to step inside the ring but earlier this year, he challenged fellow rapper Royce da 5’9.
